Schedule
- Drive delivery routes
- Manage weekend operations on Saturdays and Sundays

Job ResponsibilitiesDelivery Driver Duties
- Safely operate FedEx delivery vehicles on assigned routes
- Deliver and pick up packages efficiently and professionally
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate records
- Load and unload packages safely
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
Weekend Manager Duties
- Oversee weekend delivery operations and driver performance
- Assist with route planning, dispatch, and schedule coordination
- Ensure drivers follow safety procedures and company policies
- Support problem-solving and operational efficiency during shifts
- Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatch, and management
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages safely
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery environment
- Reliable transportation and weekend availability required
Preferred Experience
- FedEx Ground, Amazon DSP, UPS, DHL, or delivery driving experience
- Logistics, transportation, warehouse, or route management experience
- Experience supervising teams or coordinating schedules
- Knowledge of delivery routing systems and customer service best practices
