What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager/Estimator position at ALL WALL CONTRACTING INC?
Position Responsibilities and Functions:
- Provide leadership and technical support to project team including superintendents, crew leaders, field staff, office staff and other departments
- Understand project plans, specifications, scopes and contracts
- Deliver successful projects to clients, on schedule, on budget, and with the highest quality
- Create and manage project budgets including labor, material, equipment, sub contracts, and purchase orders
- Manage projects including risks to budgets, schedule, quality, for overall profit and success
- Procure materials and equipment with vendors
- Manage manpower to meet schedules and deadlines
- Ability to resolve problems in a professional and timely manner
- Provide project reports and budget forecasts to Supervisors
- Complete Monthly billing and change order procedures
- Negotiate subcontractor and supplier agreements
- Monitor safety requirements and safety program documents
Position Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager and Estimator of Drywall, Painting, EIFS or related scopes
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience
- Professional, self-motivating and positive attitude
- Computer skills- Outlook, Excel And Word
- Sage Contractor 100 & Edge Estimating Software knowledge helpful
