Job description
We are actively searching for both Commercial and Residential Equipment Repair Technicians with a friendly and positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow. We will provide you with industry knowledge and on-the-job training from our helpful Service Team. We take pride in the individualized service and care we show each of our customers. We are grateful to be the trusted name in our industry and we are excited to welcome motivated individuals to join the All-Type family.
Job responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Performing repairs and preventative maintenance on customer equipment
- Diagnose repair issue and troubleshoot
- Answering service calls and assisting walk-in customers
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to order parts and file warranty claims
Qualifications
- Enjoy working with your hands
- Experience assembling and disassembling mechanical components
- Ability to follow directions closely and accurately
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Basic computer skills
- A willingness to learn new things
- Positive communication skills
- A team player who will help around the office as needed
Pay
Hourly, starting pay based on experience
Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 3 years experience is preferred but not required
· Class E Driver’s License is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
