Duties
- Finish concrete surfaces with precision, including smoothing, shaping, and texturing to meet project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate placement and finishing of concrete elements
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for concrete placement, leveling, and finishing tasks
- Install rebar, metal studs, and formwork to prepare for concrete pouring and ensure structural integrity
- Coordinate with team members on heavy lifting, concrete pumping, and equipment operation to optimize workflow
- Perform rebar installation, masonry work, and stucco application as needed for project completion
- Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards and adhere to safety protocols at all times
Skills
