The Counter Sales Representative will assist customers in the showroom with purchasing, order pick-up, and provide product knowledge. We are searching for someone with a positive attitude and strong communication.
Branch: All Tile - CCS/Walcro in Brookfield, WI
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
Pay: $18-$20/hr

Pay: $18-$20/hr
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to customers with a proactive sales approach.
- Properly enter bids, quotes, and orders for customers, managers, and outside sales personnel.
- Take telephone sales and provide information services for customers and outside sales personnel.
- Restock, clean, and organize shelves in the showroom.
- Support the warehouse with fulfillment when needed.
- Properly pull orders for customers.
- Follow the proper opening and closing procedures.
- Balance cash drawer at the end of the shift.
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service environment.
- Able to perform basic math skills and reading comprehension.
- Experience in the flooring industry is a plus.
- Must be able to regularly lift up to 75 lbs.
- Able to work with computers for a long period of time.
- Be able to pass a background check and drug test for pre-employment screening.
- Legally permitted to work in the United States.
Salary : $18 - $20
