Pay: Salary $90,000-$100,00 annual bonus

Position Overview
The Branch Manager oversees all operations of the distribution branch, including warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, customer service, sales support, and administrative functions. This role ensures the branch operates smoothly, efficiently, and profitably while delivering excellent service to the customers. This is a critical position in leading teams, managing financial performance, and driving operational improvements while ensuring compliance with industry and company standards.
Essential Functions
- Manage real-time inventory tracking, optimization, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment.
- Manage and coordinate the Inbound and Outbound freight.
- Support with route planning, carrier selection, and last-mile delivery support.
- Support with necessary warehouse operations in efficiently picking, packing, shipping, and receiving of products.
- Manage the staff workforce through hiring, onboarding, training, and development of team members.
- Mentor, train, and supervise a team of warehouse associates, counter sales associates, truck drivers, warehouse leads, and managers.
- Monitor team performance and productivity.
- Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations within the warehouse.
- Support and execute corporate initiatives, policies, and standards at the branch level.
- Participate in annual planning, budgeting, and operational forecasting.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service, productivity, and profitability.
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required.
- 6 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution center experience, including 2 years of supervisory and leadership experience.
- In-depth understanding of a distribution center and/or best practices for warehouse operation.
- Experience with forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Experience in the flooring industry is a plus!
- Must be able to regularly lift over 75Ibs.
- Able to wear work boots and meet the standard of the company's workplace safety.
- Able to frequently walk, stand, bend, and lift in a warehouse environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- Proficient with ERP/WMS systems.
