What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Deck Installer that has a crew to join our team as a 1099 subcontractor. The ideal candidate has hands-on installation experience, attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering quality work that exceeds homeowner expectations.
Requirements (must have):
- Valid Liability Insurance
- Truck & trailer to transport materials and debris
- Own tools necessary for installation work
- Experience Installing Composite Decks
- Has a Crew
Responsibilities
- Install decks to company standards and manufacturer specifications
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate effectively with project managers and customers
- Complete projects on schedule with professional workmanship
