Position Overview:

Process vehicle title transactions:

• Repossession titles
• Duplicate Titles
• Title Corrections
• Review title documents for accuracy, compliance, and completeness
• Resolve title issues and follow through to completion
• Manage workload in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

Communicate with:

• Bank and finance companies
• Auto auctions
• State motor vehicle agencies nationwide

Who Will Succeed Here

• Has worked in a dealership or auction as a title clerk
• Is detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurate typing speed minimum 55 wpm is required
• Strong working knowledge of common office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) with ability to quickly learn and navigate computer systems and software.
• A clean background check is required for employment.

Compensation

• Hourly rate based on experience
• Weekly Attendance Bonus (additional to base salary)
• Full-time position (40 hours/week)
• Generous holiday & PTO time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
