About All-Stat Portable
• Lead day-to-day accounting operations and manage a team of 3
• Own and drive month-end close (6 business day target)
• Oversee GL activity: cash, AP/AR, payroll, leases, accruals, taxes
• Manage vendor payments AP function
• Maintain NetSuite Fixed Assets Module (FAM)
• Lead finance meetings, quarterly reviews, and goal setting
• Own budgeting process across all entities
• Lead accounting integration for acquisitions
• Oversee audits, tax prep, and external reporting
• Prepare monthly financials quarterly board reporting
• Partner cross-functionally to improve processes profitability
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s in Accounting (required)
• CPA or CPA track (strongly preferred)
• 3–5 years accounting experience
• Advanced Excel (must-have)
• NetSuite experience (big plus)
• Strong attention to detail organization
• Experience in multi-entity/multi-state environments (plus)
• Self-starter mindset with process improvement focus
