All-Star Steel Structures is hiring motivated Sales Representatives!
We're looking for driven individuals to help customers design and purchase custom steel buildings, garages, barns, carports, and commercial structures.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound leads and customer inquiries
- Build quotes and custom building designs
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Close sales and maintain customer relationships
- Use CRM software to track leads and sales
Requirements:
- Sales experience preferred (construction or building sales is a plus)
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
