All Star Rentals is hiring a full-time Event Support Specialist/Customer Service to join our in-house team. You’ll be the friendly voice and face behind the scenes, helping clients plan everything from backyard grad parties to weddings and corporate events. No event experience required — we’ll teach you the industry. If you’re organized, outgoing, and love helping people, this could be a great fit.
This is an entry-level role with real growth opportunities for someone who wants to learn the event industry and build skills in customer service, sales, and event logistics.
Duties
- Answer phones, emails, and walk-in inquiries from event clients
- Help clients choose rentals like tents, tables, chairs, linens, and decor
- Build quotes and assist with bookings for various events
- Learn how to guide clients through layouts, guest flow, and event logistics
- Follow up with clients and keep projects organized
- Work closely with our warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure smooth event execution
- Provide friendly, professional customer service in a fast-paced environment
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time: 32–40 hours per week
- Daytime hours, typically Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
- One set weekday off each week
- Light weekend rotation: Saturday mornings only, about twice per month (8:00am–12:00pm)
- Pay: $17-20/hour depending on experience
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional communication style
- Comfortable talking to people in person, on the phone, and via email
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow in the event rental industry
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, childcare, or office experience is a plus
- Comfortable with basic computer use (email, simple systems, etc.)
- Must be reliable and able to work rotating Saturday mornings
