Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the All Star team. The ideal candidate will support our Providers in delivering high-quality patient care within a dynamic clinical environment. The RN will be responsible for various patient-centered tasks that require knowledge of medical terminology, coding, immunizations and medication administration.
Responsibilities
- Assist our Providers in delivering patient care in a private practice pediatric office.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with medical coding standards.
- Support medication administration and injections under the supervision of our medical team.
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding of the process.
- Assist in our call center to triage patients and provide over the phone patient advice and care
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and high standards of patient care.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization within the office and exam rooms to promote a safe space for patients and staff.
Skills
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to pediatric medicine.
- Familiarity with coding practices for accurate documentation and billing processes.
- Experience working in a medical office setting
- Knowledge of medication administration and injection protocols and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22 – 30 per week
