Behind the scenes, the organization operates a highly sophisticated, multi-service facility that blends hospitality-level service standards with clinical excellence. As the practice enters its next phase of growth, we are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to partner closely with Dr. Sam Sukkar, the owner, to scale operations while preserving an exceptional, personalized patient experience. This role is ideal for a strategic operator who thrives on bringing structure to complexity and can lead teams with accountability, systems, and hitting specific performance metrics to build upon best-in-class status.
