The Clinic for Plastic Surgery is Houston's premier destination for cosmetic and reconstructive care. The center offers a full spectrum of surgical and non-surgical aesthetic services under one roof, serving patients throughout the Greater Houston area and beyond.
The center, featuring two in-house surgical suites, physician consultative offices, five non-surgical aesthetic treatment rooms, and additional day-spa amenities, has built a strong reputation rooted in trust, clinical excellence, and patient confidence, delivering a five-star patient experience. As the practice enters its next phase of growth, we are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to partner closely with Dr. Sam Sukkar, the owner, to scale operations while preserving an exceptional, personalized patient experience. This role is ideal for a strategic operator who thrives on bringing structure to complexity and can lead teams with accountability, systems, and hitting specific performance metrics to build upon best-in-class status.

Chief Operating Officer Key Responsibilities and Success Metrics
Key Responsibility #1: Driving Intentional Delivery of the Five-Star Patient Experience
Ensure the consistent delivery of a 5-star, VIP-level patient experience across all three entities by overseeing patient interactions, facility readiness, staffing, and service standards.
Success Metric: Maintain an average patient satisfaction score of 5 STARs across all entities.
Key Responsibility #2: Operations Management
Lead the day-to-day operations by driving key metrics on the Level 10 Dashboard - leveraging performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement, removing bottlenecks, and executing plans to achieve operational and financial targets.
Success Metric: Drive Super 7 Quarterly Targets on the Level 10 Dashboard to goal while maintaining goal on all prior Super 7 Targets
Key Responsibility #3: Accountability and Process Standardization
Up-level and maintain standardized systems, processes, and integrate daily accountability across all business units of the center to ensure consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Success Metric: Complete and implement the Run Like Clockwork program across all entities by the end of year one.
