- Pack & Protect â Safely and efficiently pack, wrap, and handle household items as if they were your own.
- Move & Load â Load and unload items carefully, ensuring damage-free transport.
- Represent the Brand â Be punctual, respectful, and professional on every job site.
- Support the Crew â Work collaboratively with your team to exceed customer expectations.
- Stay Organized â Keep trucks and equipment in good order and follow all company safety protocols.

- A strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude
- Physical stamina (must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly)
- Reliability and punctualityâshow up on-time and ready to get the job done
