đ§ What Youâll Do:
- Drive & Deliver â Operate 16â26ft box trucks safely and responsibly, following all DOT and company guidelines.
- Lead the Move â Take charge of the moving process, ensuring items are loaded, transported, and unloaded with care and efficiency.
- Protect & Pack â Wrap and secure furniture and household items to prevent damage in transit.
- Be the Face of All Star â Uphold professionalism, courtesy, and customer-focused service at every touchpoint.
- Support & Mentor â Help train newer team members and keep the crew motivated and organized on-site.
đ§ What Weâre Looking For:
- Proven experience in residential or commercial moving (minimum 6 months preferred)
- Experience driving box trucks (16â26ft); valid driverâs license required
- Physical stamina (must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly)
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical (if needed)
- Strong leadership, reliability, and teamwork
- Customer service mindset and excellent communication skills
