Hiring Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Hiring Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting positions to extending offers, ensuring we attract and hire top talent to support our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions
• Post job openings across multiple platforms and track applicant flow
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Perform reference checks and background screenings
• Extend job offers and negotiate compensation within approved guidelines
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in recruiting
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software such as Paycom and QuickBooks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
