ACTIVE MARYLAND LBA REQUIRED: Apply only if you are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and currently hold an active Maryland LBA license number. All Star ABA is hiring a full-time, in-person Floater BCBA to be the face-to-face clinician for our telehealth-based BCBA team. Our remote BCBAs run supervision and parent training via telehealth; you cover the in-person 25% for their caseloads across the Baltimore area so every family gets hands-on support. What the job looks like - In-person RBT supervision, observations, parent training, and reassessments in clients' homes and in the community - You work alongside multiple BCBAs and their case managers, not one fixed caseload - We book your schedule and group your days geographically - Full-time: you commit to 30 available hours per week and to being on the road - Maryland only. In person.
