You became a BCBA to make a real clinical difference, not to burn your mornings chasing down callouts, rebuilding RBT schedules, or re-training a technician who may not be there next month.
At All Star ABA, every BCBA has a dedicated case manager who handles RBT scheduling, caregiver communication, callouts, and makeup sessions. Dedicated trainers get your RBTs through their competencies before they ever reach your sessions. You focus on the clinical work.
We are hiring a full-time, salaried BCBA who holds a Maryland LBA and can work in person in the Baltimore area.
What the job looks like
- Full-time, 30 hours per week, with 28 billable hours of supervision, parent training, and reassessments
- Hybrid: much of your supervision and parent training is via telehealth, with regular in-person sessions in clients' homes and in the community
- Maryland only

What you need
- Current BCBA certification and an active Maryland LBA (required)
- Ability and willingness to work in person and travel within Maryland (required)
