All Set Hydration is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Production & Mixing Associate to support small-batch manufacturing of our sport-specific hydration powders. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment, and cares about accuracy, cleanliness, and process.
You will help execute production runs in a permitted commercial kitchen during evening and weekend hours. This includes weighing ingredients, batching formulas, blending, packaging, labeling, and maintaining compliance with food-safety standards.
Responsibilities
•Accurately measure and weigh ingredients for multiple product formulas (gram-level precision).
•Operate mixers, scales, and standard food-production equipment.
•Batch, blend, and package powdered hydration mix according to SOPs.
•Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation inside the commercial kitchen.
•Document production logs, lot numbers, and batch yields.
Qualifications
•Prior experience in food production, nutrition/supplement manufacturing, or kitchen prep is a plus, but not required.
•Excellent attention to detail and comfort with repetitive processes.
•Ability to lift 25–40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
•Reliability for evening/weekend availability (7pm–7am windows).
•Interest in sports, fitness, or entrepreneurship is a bonus.
