Job Description
All Seasons Services is looking for a skilled Outdoor Service Technician to assist with a variety of residential property maintenance services throughout Suffolk County.
This position helps complete a wide range of services including landscaping projects, pressure washing, gutter cleaning.
We are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors while maintaining high-quality standards on every job.
Responsibilities
- Assist with landscaping projects including cleanups, mulch installs, planting, and hedge trimming
- Perform pressure washing services for homes, patios, walkways, and other surfaces
- Assist with residential gutter cleaning and ladder work
- Help complete general property maintenance projects
- Load and unload equipment and materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work trailer and equipment
- Work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of landscaping or pressure washing experience
- Ability to safely work with ladders and perform gutter cleaning
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Reliable transportation to and from work
This is not an entry-level position. Previous experience with landscaping or pressure washing work is required.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Occasional Saturdays depending on weather delays
- Full-time hours during the season
