Duties
- Operate high-pressure washers and related equipment safely and efficiently to clean various surfaces
- Prepare work sites by setting up hoses, nozzles, safety barriers, and protective gear
- Assess surfaces to determine the appropriate cleaning methods and solutions needed for optimal results
- Remove dirt, mold, graffiti, algae, and other residues from building exteriors, parking lots, fences, and machinery
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections, cleaning filters, and reporting repairs needed
- Complete work reports detailing tasks performed and areas cleaned for record-keeping purposes
Qualifications
- Prior experience with pressure washing equipment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to operate power tools safely while adhering to safety guidelines
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy hoses or equipment, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
