Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installer Technician to join our team. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems across residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Your expertise will ensure optimal indoor climate comfort while adhering to safety standards and technical specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize your mechanical and electrical skills, and contribute to creating comfortable environments for our clients. All positions are paid, including internships.
Duties
- Install new HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, boilers, and refrigeration equipment, following schematics and HVAC design plans.
- Read and interpret technical schematics, building automation systems, and control wiring diagrams to facilitate accurate installations.
- Maintain detailed service records, complete shift reports, and document all repairs or installations performed.
- Ensure compliance with EPA regulations related to refrigerant handling and environmental safety standards.
Skills
- Construction experience with a solid understanding of building frameworks and installation procedures.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design plans for accurate system setup.
- Mechanical knowledge encompassing boiler operation, plumbing connections, mechanical systems repair, and general building maintenance.
- Valid EPA certification for refrigerant handling; experience with HVAC/R equipment repair is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate field service tools such as ohmmeters, welding equipment, and other diagnostic or repair instruments safely.
- Strong mechanical skills combined with property maintenance experience; ability to perform appliance repairs when necessary.
- Valid driver’s license (including
driver if applicable) for transporting equipment or parts between job sites.

Pay: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour
