Job Overview
All Seasons Heating Cooling and Commercial Refrigeration has an opening for a FULL-TIME EXPERIENCED (2 YEARS MINIMUM) HVAC installer. We are a locally owned company dedicated to providing quality workmanship and exceptional customer service throughout Westmoreland County and surrounding area.s.
Responsibilities
** Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, boilers, and indoor air quality equipment
** Install refrigeration lines, ductwork, venting, gas piping, drain lines, and electrical connections.
** Read and interpret blue prints, wiring designs, and manufacturer specs.
** Ensure all installations meet local building codes and manufacturer requirements
** Start up, test, and verify proper system operation
** Maintain a clean and organized workspace
** Communicate professionally with homeowners and co-workers
** Complete installation paperwork accurately
** Follow EPA and other safety guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS:
** Minimum of two (2) years of HVAC installation experience preferred
** EPA Certification REQUIRED
** Valid driver's license with clean driving record
** Ability to lift 75 or more pounds
** Strong troubleshooting skills
** Experience with sheet metal fabrication
** Ability to work independently or as a team
** Professional appearance / Positive attitide
** Excellent Customer service skills
Pay: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour
