Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
- Assist with food and beverage preparation and service as needed.
- Take customer orders accurately and help ensure orders are completed correctly.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Assist customers with questions about menu items and restaurant offerings.
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas, counters, service stations, and workspaces.
- Clear and reset tables as needed.
- Restock food, beverage, packaging, service, and cleaning supplies.
- Assist with basic food preparation and service-area setup.
- Follow food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Help maintain clean and organized kitchen and service areas.
- Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and general restaurant maintenance duties.
- Support servers, kitchen staff, and other team members during busy service periods.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns politely and professionally.
- Communicate supply needs and service issues to supervisors.
- Perform other food service and restaurant support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, food service, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
