Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
- Assist with taking customer orders and ensuring order details are accurate.
- Support food preparation and beverage service according to established procedures.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Assist guests with menu questions and general requests.
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas, counters, service stations, and workspaces.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables as needed.
- Restock food, beverage, dining, and service supplies.
- Follow food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist servers, kitchen staff, and other team members during busy service periods.
- Prepare service areas and supplies before opening and throughout each shift.
- Assist with point-of-sale and customer payment procedures as assigned.
- Respond to guest questions and concerns politely and professionally.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Communicate customer needs and operational issues to supervisors.
- Perform other restaurant and customer service duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, food service, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
