Job Description
As an Early Childhood 5 Day Assistant at All Saints' Episcopal School, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential support to our early childhood students and educators. Your nurturing and engaging approach, along with your dedication to creating a positive learning environment, will ensure that our youngest learners have a strong foundation for their educational journey.
Job Responsibilities

Assist the Lead teacher in preparing and delivering developmentally appropriate lessons and activities.

Support the implementation of the curriculum, helping students with tasks, activities, and projects.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation.

Provide individualized support to students as needed, including help with tasks, social interactions, and emotional well-being.

Encourage early literacy, numeracy, and social skills development amongst students.

Assist in managing and organizing classroom materials and resources.

Help maintain a well-organized, safe, and engaging classroom environment.

Reinforce classroom rules and promote responsible behavior.

Assist with supervising students during class, recess, and other activities.

Attend parent-teacher conferences and provide feedback.

Attend divisional meetings, professional development and school required In-Service.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field preferred

Prior experience working with young children in an educational setting.
