All Saints Episcopal Day School, a Pre-K through Grade 8 independent school in Hoboken, New Jersey, seeks an Early Childhood Teacher beginning in August 2026.
An Ideal Candidate Will Have
Highlights of the Early Childhood experience include a focus on development of the whole child. Students at all grade levels engage in interdisciplinary learning and memorable milestone projects. Students in Pre-K3 learn and practice public speaking skills as they interview members of the community; Pre-K4 students learn about the post office and create and run a school-wide mail service during national postcard week in the spring; and Kindergarten students research animals and host a farm day with a traveling farm.
A teacher’s salary currently ranges from $55,000 to $99,000 (including long-time service awards); a candidate’s actual salary will be determined by experience and credentials. This position comes with full benefits, including health insurance coverage for the employee at no cost and 100% tuition remission for the teacher’s child(-ren) if admitted.

An Ideal Candidate Will Have
- experience teaching students aged 3-5 years old
- a clear personal commitment to high-quality academics and values-driven education
- knowledge of Responsive Classroom practices
- familiarity with the International Baccalaureate Programme
- interest in community service and engagement
- demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with parents and colleagues
- an eagerness to collaborate with colleagues, especially in literacy, math, science, and the arts
- an advanced degree; a Bachelors’ degree is a minimum requirement
