We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Business Development and Recruitment Manager to lead a national Talent Agent team. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record in sales, team management, and healthcare staffing. This role manages both business development and recruitment functions for our Talent Agent team, driving strategy, performance, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Talent Agent professionals in business development and recruitment.
*Execute effective recruiting and sales strategies specific to the healthcare staffing industry.
*Manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including fill rates, new client acquisition, and candidate pipeline quality.
*Deliver ongoing training focused on recruiting techniques, sales performance, and market expertise.
*Foster a high-performance culture centered around service, quality, and accountability.
*Ability to travel to client and leadership meetings.
Skills & Qualifications
* 5 years of management experience in staffing, recruitment, or business development
* Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities
* Proven sales experience with the ability to meet and exceed goals
