We are hiring for a Business Development/Sales Manager for our National Healthcare Staffing Division. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with healthcare business partners to build new business with the organization. This candidate will be focused and have strong leadership, business development and communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Responsible for the delivery of sales and operations of their personal desk and the Account Managers under their leadership. The position requires a hands-on professional who enjoys working independently and with a team to achieve goals, meet goals and KPI's, bring forward fresh sales strategies to increase client satisfaction and to grow sales. Strong knowledge of Healthcare Contingent, Project, Travel and Direct Hire staffing infrastructures is a must. Operate a highly profitable desk and team member desks while embracing the company’s core values.

- Five years related healthcare business sales and management experience
- Demonstrated leadership and sales experience
- Healthcare Staffing and Service orientated
