Direct Hire Ambulatory LPN Endoscopy
Looking for experienced LPN's to work in the pre-, post-, and intra- procedural areas of the Ambulatory Surgical Center in King, NC or Winston/Salem, or Advance
Job Description Summary:
The Endoscopy LPN works collaboratively with the physician and other team members in the Ambulatory Surgical Center to determine patient needs before, during, and after Endoscopic procedures. The LPN performs delegated responsibilities using established procedures, policies, guidelines, and standards.
Position Highlights:
· Work schedules are M-F from 6:45 am or 7am start
· No holidays, weekends or call.
· Provide direct, hands-on care to Endoscopy patients before, during and after Endoscopic procedures.
· Administer prescribed medications, as ordered by the physician.
· Start IV’s using Aseptic Technique. (Strong IV experience required)
· Assists with cleaning and preparing rooms between procedures, per the Infection Control Policy.
Job Eligibility Requirements:
· Holds the following certifications without restrictions: Current North Carolina LPN license
· Current BLS certification
· Language - Must be able to read and write English at high school level. Must communicate effectively. Must be able to read numbers and do basic math calculations.
· Transportation – Must have transportation, current NC Driver’s License without restrictions and vehicle insurance.
Hourly Rate $23-32 based on years of experience.
Pay: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour
