Location: All Roads Kenworth - Ft. Pierce
If you are customer-focused, energetic and friendly with previous service writing experience, we want to talk to you! We are searching for a Service Advisor to manage the center of communications for all repair activities and act as a liaison between customers, technicians and the dealership. Ideal candidate is well versed in automotive service matters, managing customer expectations and consistent follow up. We want the customer to receive first-class service at our dealership.
Compensation & Schedule
- Starting at $50,000 base salary plus commission
- Full-time Monday - Friday and every other Saturday (8 am - 12 pm)

- Maintain Customer Service Index (CSI) rating as set by dealership service manager
- Schedule appointments and generate estimates for customers
- Advise customers on the appropriate maintenance required to their vehicle based on manufacturer’s specifications
- Document repair and service orders in the correct fashion (CDK experience a plus)
- Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities
- Establish and maintain a strong and positive working relationship with customers to encourage customer retention and referral business
- Follow up with progress calls and/or emails to customers regarding any changes in the estimate or pick up time
- All other duties as assigned
