Body Technician – Automotive

Beavers is hiring a detail-oriented Body Technician to perform high-quality autobody repairs on light and heavy-duty vehicles. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong repair skills and a commitment to safety and OEM standards.
Compensation & Schedule
- Flat rate: $20–$40 per flag hour(based on experience)
- Full-time, benefits-eligible
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

- Perform autobody repairs on light and heavy-duty vehicles
- Review damage reports; inspect for structural/frame damage
- Remove/replace damaged components (bumpers, fenders, hoods, etc.)
- Realign frames and chassis to repair structural damage
- Perform welding and finishing as needed
- Restore vehicles to OEM standards while reducing cycle times
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- 3 years of relevant autobody repair experience
- Proficiency with frame equipment, measuring systems, and welders a plus
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and teamwork
