Compensation & Schedule
- Starting at $50,000 base salary plus commission
- Full-time
- Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life and supplemental insurance (eligible the 1st of the month after 30 days)

- Deliver excellent customer service as set by the Service Manager
- Schedule appointments and prepare estimates for customers
- Advise customers on recommended maintenance per manufacturer specifications
- Document repair and service orders accurately in CDK
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage retention and referrals
- Follow up with customers via calls or emails on repair status and changes to estimates/pick-up times
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior Service Advisor or customer-facing automotive/truck service experience preferred
- Experience with CDK strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
