Compensation & Schedule
- Salary plus commission; $70,000–$100,000 OTE
- Full-time, dealership-based role
- Monday-Friday with alternating Saturdays

- Schedule service appointments; prepare accurate repair estimates
- Advise customers on manufacturer-recommended maintenance and repairs
- Accurately document repair and service orders in CDK
- Provide timely updates on repair status, estimates, and pickup times
- Build relationships that foster loyalty and repeat business
- Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- CDK experience required/preferred (adjust as needed)
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of automotive/mechanical systems
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
