Tax Manager

• Lead and manage multiple tax engagements to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality service to clients, significantly reducing risks of discrepancies.
• Innovate tax strategies that optimize clients’ profitability and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
• Develop and present detailed tax plans and projections, improving client satisfaction ratings by at least 15% within the first year.
• Mentor and guide junior tax professionals, enhancing the team's skills and professional growth by implementing a structured development program.
• Identify and resolve tax issues and inefficiencies, accomplishing a cost-saving threshold of at least 10% annually for our clients.
• Foster strong client relationships, securing ongoing partnerships

• CPA License with a solid grounding in tax regulations and codes.
• Proven managerial experience in a tax-focused role, with demonstrated success in team leadership and client relations.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, with an ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a strong detail orientation, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all tax services.
• Excellent communication abilities to articulately express complex tax concepts to stakeholders.
