What You’ll Do
- Quickly return inbound leads and calls from homeowners needing HVAC or plumbing help
- Schedule and conduct professional on-site estimates and consultations
- Diagnose comfort and plumbing issues, present solutions, and close sales on the spot
- Build lasting relationships with customers through honest recommendations and exceptional service
- Hit and exceed monthly sales targets to maximize your commission earnings
- Work closely with the dispatch and service teams to ensure smooth job handoff and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on our product offerings, financing options, and promotions
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in commissioned sales (HVAC, plumbing, home services, or similar industry is a huge plus)
- Confident, outgoing personality with strong closing skills
- Ability to build trust quickly and explain technical solutions in simple, clear terms
- Self-motivated go-getter who thrives on uncapped earning potential
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (in-person and over the phone)
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation

Compensation
- High-commission structure with uncapped earning potential (top performers can earn $100K–$150K annually)

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of successful outside or in-home sales experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
