This role requires a unique blend of investigative curiosity, executive presence, and the art of high-stakes negotiation.
Core Responsibilities
- Hot leads and stalled cases: Take ownership of stalled or complex leads across various campaigns (Client Care, Email, and Complex Claims). You will develop and execute strategic plans to "thaw" cold leads and re-engage claimants who have disengaged from the process.
- New Leads: Make contact to explain the process and next steps to convert to a signed agreement.
- Strategic Verification: Conduct deep-dive research to confirm claimant identity, heirship, and asset linkage. You will collaborate with genealogists and internal teams to ensure every claim is accurate and legally defensible.
- Consultative Closing: Convert hesitant prospects into signed agreements by clearly explaining contingency structures and documentation requirements. You aren't just "closing"; you are building a bridge of credibility.
- CRM Integrity: Maintain meticulous records of outreach and research to ensure a seamless handoff between the sales, research, and claims processing departments.
Requirements
- 5 Years of Experience: Proven track record in high-ticket sales closing, professional negotiations, investigative research, or a related field (e.g., private investigation, legal recovery, or executive recruitment).
- Mastery of Objection Handling: You can navigate skepticism and compliance concerns with professional poise and clarity.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating CRM systems, public record databases, and investigative research tools.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to project authority and empathy simultaneously.
- Unwavering Ethics: A commitment to transparency and high ethical standards in a contingency-based environment.
- The Ideal Profile
- Calm Under Pressure: You thrive when conversations get difficult or complex.
- Persistent, Not Aggressive: You understand the "long game" and know how to follow up without being overbearing.
- Analytical & Persuasive: You use data and verified research to back up your claims and build a logical case for the claimant.
- Solutions-Oriented: You don't just report problems; you find the path to "Yes."
