Automotive Receptionist Job Details
• Customer interactions both in person and on the phone
• Inputting info to create invoices/work orders
• Collecting payment
• Automotive knowledge a big plus
• Meeting and greeting customers
• Keeping the reception area tidy
• Answering and forwarding phone calls
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Knowledge in the automotive industry a must
• Well-organized
• Friendly and polite
• Able to deal with difficult clients or customers
• Self-motivated
• Good with computer systems
• Have polished communication skills
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with changing needs & priorities.

Working Conditions
