All Points Property Maintenance, LLC is looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our Landscape Maintenance Division.

Responsibilities
This position includes a variety of landscape maintenance and seasonal services, including:
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Bark mulch installation
- Weekly lawn mowing and maintenance
- Landscape enhancements
- Shrub and ornamental pruning
- General property maintenance
- Residential and commercial snow plowing
- Snow blowing and shoveling during winter operations
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have:
- At least 1 year of landscaping or property maintenance experience preferred
- Experience safely loading and unloading equipment and trailers
- Experience towing trailers
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
- Basic knowledge of plants, shrubs, and softscapes
- Ability to safely lift 50 lbs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to understand and carry out daily job-site goals
- Willingness and ability to participate in winter operations, including operating equipment, plowing, snow blowing, and shoveling

Typical Schedule
Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Some Saturdays and schedule adjustments may be required depending on weather conditions, seasonal workload, and client needs. Winter operations require flexibility during snow and ice events.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
