Job Description
- _Job duties include, but are not limited to:_** Greet and welcome clients and patients personally by name, answer their questions, and triage concerns. Observe signs of fear, anxiety, and stress in animal patients and offer solutions to promote a fear-free experience. Answer incoming calls, emails, and text messages with solutions to client’s questions and concerns about their pet(s). Recognize and triage medical concerns so urgent needs are addressed in a timely manner. Offer clients compassionate emotional support during times of need; must be comfortable with various medical outcomes. Must be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises. May be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste and potentially contagious diseases.

- A minimum 1 year of veterinary industry experience _**required**_
- Compassionate, calm, team player, multi-tasker, and strong communicator
- Highly organized and possesses computer skills
- Excellent reading/comprehension/legible writing skills
- Self-starter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge and skillset.
