We are seeking a skilled lawn Mowing Foreman to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will lead a team to build and maintain outdoor spaces while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of landscaping crew
- Oversee landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, weeding, and irrigation
- Lead the team in planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Ensure proper care of lawns and grounds
- Inspect work progress to meet quality standards
- Train new team members on landscaping techniques
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping
