All-n-One Outdoor Solutions is looking for Mowing Crew Members to help maintain high-quality residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role for someone who shows up ready to work, values doing things the right way, and wants to grow with a company that believes in accountability, transparency, and respect. We are growing our team and hiring based on finding the right fit, not just filling a seat.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate commercial mowing equipment, trimmers, edgers, and blowers
- Mow and maintain lawns for residential and commercial properties
- Perform basic inspections and upkeep of mowing equipment
- Assist with other outdoor services as needed
- Accurately track work hours and job details using electronics
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet schedules and quality standards
- Travel to the Main Office in Jefferson City for required team meetings and trainings

Physical Requirements:
- Lift and push 50 to 75 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds as needed
- Stand, bend, and move for most of the workday
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
