All-n-One Outdoor Solutions is hiring a Landscape Maintenance Technician to help us keep our residential and commercial properties looking their best. In this full-time role, you’ll be planting flowers and shrubs, caring for landscapes, and making outdoor spaces shine. If you enjoy hands-on work, care about details, and love being outside in all seasons, we’d love to meet you.

& What You'll Do:
- Plant seasonal color, perennials, and small shrubs
- Weed, fertilize, prune, water, and mulch landscape beds
- Design and maintain beautiful plant combinations
- Perform basic interior plant care as needed
- Identify and care for a variety of plants
- Use hand tools and gas-powered tools like hedge trimmers and blowers
- Work independently or with a team to complete scheduled maintenance
- Support other departments when needed
- Represent the All-n-One Pledge of Excellence and company values daily
