All-n-One Outdoor Solutions is expanding in the Columbia market, and we’re looking for a Business Developer with a passion for hardscape sales and design. If you're experienced in turning outdoor visions into reality and enjoy both creative design and hands-on client relationships, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Hardscape Sales: Prospect, pitch, and close both residential and commercial design/build projects
- Create Outdoor Solutions: Craft hardscape layouts using design software or hand sketches—whatever best communicates your vision
- Leverage Design Experience: Apply your knowledge of hardscape features like patios, retaining walls, fire pits, and outdoor kitchens
- Showcase Your Work: Present a portfolio of past projects and references to demonstrate your capabilities
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with our design and installation teams to ensure seamless execution and high client satisfaction
- Engage the Community: Represent our brand at trade shows, networking events, and outreach campaigns
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Experience designing and selling hardscape projects
- Proficiency in design software is a plus—but hand drawings are welcome too
- Must be able to provide a portfolio of previous work and professional references
- Strong understanding of both residential and commercial outdoor spaces
- Plant/landscape design knowledge is a bonus, though we already have a dedicated landscape designer
- Confident in leading client meetings, closing deals, and managing project transitions to production
- Based in or near Columbia, MO, with a valid driver’s license
