Position Summary
Under the direction of the department Supervisor/Manager, is responsible for preparing test panels and bond slugs per lab ticket.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).

6:00AM - 2:30PM
Under the direction of the department Supervisor/Manager, is responsible for preparing test panels and bond slugs per lab ticket.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering and picking up panels that need to be de-greased.
- Responsible for measuring and recording panel sizes on to lab ticket before and after coating with different
- Section panels and perform grit blasting per the ticket specifications.
- Mounts panels using epoxy resin and polish mounts following the specified procedure
- Performs manual hardness testing and bond pull testing
- Responsible for examining, reading, calculating results using a microscope and recording results on to lab ticket.
- Performs and keeps track inventory of lab consumables and as well as report what is running low for ordering
- Assists HVOF Lab Teach and HVOF Electroplaters as needed
- Adhere to safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Experienced with reading and using inspections equipment such as calibers, micrometers,
- Ability to communicate, read and understand English.
- Ability to follow precise instructions, specifications and plating procedures.
- Possess good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with team members at all levels in the organization

- Walking/Standing for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to lift, push and pull at least 30 lbs.
- Exposed heat, noise and chemical fumes while in production areas
