What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Billing Account Represenative position at ALL MEDICAL BILLING & COLLECTIONS, INC.?
We are looking for someone that is responsible, organized and extremely detailed oriented. Individuals must possess strong multi-tasking skills and have experience with problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Microsoft Office Suite skills including Excel and Word are required.
Responsibilities/Qualifications Include:
- Experience in medical billing and collections.
- Ability to communicate with clients regarding their accounts in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
- Understanding of EOB's and how to manage and speak with patients regarding EOB's.
- Maintains work operations by following policies and procedures; reporting compliance issues.
- Experience with working denials and submitting appeals in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of submitting claims and working rejections in our clearinghouse.
- Direct communication with insurance companies regarding account balances.
- Engage management over any A/R problems encountered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
