Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
- Oversee accounting functions including accounts payable, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support management decision-making.
- Utilize QuickBooks and other financial software for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Maintain organized financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall office efficiency.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.
- Provide support for administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including debits and credits, corporate accounting practices, and financial report writing.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial software is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
