TLC Rents is seeking dependable Warehouse/Driver professionals with strong handyman and mechanical skills to support our event equipment preparation, repair, and on-site setup operations. Ideal candidates are hands-on problem solvers with experience in carpentry, light construction, or equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities:
Inspect, maintain, and repair rental equipment, including tables, chairs, staging, and tents.
Build, modify, and restore event furniture and fixtures using basic carpentry and power tools.
Perform light electrical or mechanical repairs as needed.
Assist with warehouse setup, organize inventory, and load/unload vehicles.
Safely deliver and set up event equipment at client sites.
Keep workspaces clean, organized, and safe.
Driving: Operate company vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and safety standards.
Route Navigation: Use GPS and maps to complete deliveries and pick-ups efficiently.
Timely Service: Meet delivery schedules and deadlines consistently.
Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with clients on-site.
Safety & Care: Follow safety protocols and handle equipment with care.
Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic inspections to ensure vehicles remain in good condition.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with clean record
Proven handyman, woodworking, or light construction experience
Ability to safely operate tools (drill, saw, impact driver, etc.)
Physical ability to lift 75 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
Preferred:
Experience in furniture assembly, set building, or event production
Experience driving box trucks up to 26'
Mechanical aptitude for small engine or equipment repair
Schedule and Hours:
Full-Time: 36–40 hours per week
Availability: Monday–Friday, plus weekends and overtime as needed
