What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Assistant position at ALL, Inc.?
What You’ll Do
- Assist with loading, unloading, and securing appliances for safe transport.
- Deliver appliances to residential and job site locations on scheduled routes.
- Safely move and place appliances inside homes using proper equipment and techniques.
- Support basic installation tasks (e.g., cords, minor adjustments) as needed.
- Navigate routes and assist the driver with situational awareness and safety.
- Provide professional, courteous customer interactions in the field.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery trucks and equipment.
- Support warehouse operations as needed (inventory, staging, organization).
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in delivery, warehouse, or physically demanding work (preferred).
- Ability to safely lift and move appliances (50–100 lbs with assistance).
- Strong work ethic and reliability in a team-based, fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with professional communication skills.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Commitment to safety and following established procedures.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
